Online Purchase Services: The purpose of online purchase services is to sell, on this Website, tickets for maritime passenger transport services related to the services provided by SERCOMISA in the course of its regular business. The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance, and validity, of all the general conditions set forth in the latest updated version of these general conditions.
Contracting Procedure: By using the service, the user will receive a confirmation email that includes their reservation locator number. This email serves as proof of their reservation and confirmation of acceptance.
Automatic Check-in: If the customer has not completed online check-in 48 hours before the travel date, the system will automatically do so by sending boarding passes to the email registered in the reservation.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: Upon receiving the purchase confirmation, an automatic charge will be made to your credit card through a secure payment gateway with the banking entity designated by SERCOMISA, corresponding to the total services acquired. This amount will be detailed in the purchase confirmation.
In no case will SERCOMISA provide any economic refund in the event of a request for cancellation of confirmed purchases by the user.
Prices: The prices reflected on this Website include VAT and any other type of tax associated with the provision of the acquired services.
The user undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs, and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Contracting Conditions.
For greater efficiency and to benefit users, SERCOMISA may unilaterally modify the services provided, or the operational, technical, and usage conditions of the services, at any time and without prior notice, by publishing such modifications on this Website so that they can be known and accepted again by customers. As established in article 93.k) TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts for passenger transport services, without prejudice to the application of article 98.2.
